Overhead joins permitted as long as you avoid overflying the town of Northiam. ​

Sky demon route shown is a wide circuit example, fly a circuit to your own preference/judgment but avoid overflying prominent buildings/habitation in the circuit. Make sure circuits are to the SOUTH of the airfield.

The airfield is an active glider launching site so keep a good lookout for glider activity and winch cables.

If visiting us at DFR, PPR is required to ensure the airfield is clear and we don't conflict with the airfield owners operations. Commonswood Farm is a private airfield and not usually open to general visitors.
